- Add ghee, soda, stir well, colour will change in light golden colour and fluffy.. Add quickly seasme seeds, turn off gas, mix well.
- Flatten evenly on greased platform. Roll thin as much as you can.. Make cut with knife of your choice. Here I had given kite shape..
