- In a mixture add food colour mix well. Heat oil in a kadhai fry the bundi using big frying spatula as shown & remove in a bowl.
- Heat the sugar syrup add dried watermelon seed, dryfruits mix well, add bundi & cardamom powder mix well off the flame. Cover & keep aside fr 1 HR. Make laddus & serve in any occasion
