  2. 1 liter milk of boiling lentil
  3. 1 litre milk for cooking
  4. 1 cup sugar(as per your taste)
  5. 1 cup desi ghee
  6. 3.4 crushed cardamom
  7. Almonds and 4 maghaz for garnishing optional

  1. Soak lentil for 2 hours. boil soaked lentil in milk.when milk is about to dry and lentil is dissolved. blend it in blender to make a thick paste.take a karahi.add oil and add cardamom, when smell if cardamom feels.
  2. Add blended lentils in karahi. saute it fo 10 mins on high flame.than add mil in it. bring it to boil on medium flame. cook on low flame.
  3. When milk is about to dry add sugar.saute more on high flame. Saute until unless ghee appears.
  4. Garnish it with chopped nuts.Served hot.you can store it upto 2.3 weeks in fridge.enjoy
