  1. Ingredients for 2 sets. Dived the Yamaimo and the sugar into 2 equal.
  2. Add a half of sugar (40g) into a half of grated Yamaimo (20g). Mix them well. Add the another half of sugar (40g) into the another half of grated Yamaimo (20g). Add 1/4 tsp of Matcha. Mix them well.
  3. Put the white Yamaimo mixture into 50-55g of "jouyo-ko (rice flour)". Mix them. Put the rice flour onto the yamaimo mixture and fold it. Take the dough out when a half of flour interblends into the dough.
  4. Put the green Yamaimo mixture into the rest of "jouyo-ko (rice flour)". Mix them. Put the rice flour onto the yamaimo mixture and fold it.
  5. Divide the each dough into 5, as using dusting flour. Extend a green dough into a circle as using dusting flour. Make the center thick. Wrap a bean jam ball with the dough.
  6. Make it heart-shap.
  7. Do the same thing with a white dough. Make 2 white hearts and 2 green hearts for 1 clover.
  8. Take a half of a green dough and a half of a white dough. Make them together. Extend it into a circle.
  9. Make a bean jam ball oval. Wrap it with the dough.
  10. Elongate it. Make its 5 parts
  11. Put its eyes with red food coloring which is dissolved in a little water with a little rice flour.
  12. Do the same thing and make another set (a four-leaf clover & a caterpillar). Put them in a steamer and spray water over them.
  13. Steam 8 minutes.
  14. Then cool them with a cotton clothes cover not to get dry.
