- 2 cup milk

- 1 tbsp saffron 8-10 strands soaked in warm milk

- 1/2 cup roasted almond flakes
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 tbsp ghee
- For Coconut Halwa :-
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup roasted cashew nut flakes
- 1-2 tbsp -condensed milk
- For chocolate piping :-
- 1 tbsp melted dark chocolate compound
- Fill in cone to do piping

- Mix milk powder,sugar in a bowl add Lukewarm water little little and mix gently till smooth consistency add ghee & mix properly, heat a pan and pour this mixture stir continuously on slow flame.when start bubbling turn off gas. Cool it and keep aside
- Heat a pan add ghee,when melts add grated carrot till moisture evaporates add cream,milk when thickens add sugar, saffron,dry-fruits mix well and cook till dough consistency.turn off gas and mix elaichi powder.
- Set in mould as shown in pic.
- Heat pan on slow flame add dedicated coconut, condensed milk and cashew nut flakes and cook till dough consistency.Cool it and fill the gap with coconut halwa as shown.
- Complete with melted dark chocolate compound by piping as shown in pic.Serve in a plate.
