  3. Heat 2 tsp of ghee in nonstick sauce pan and roast all the dry fruits and keep it aside.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee and cooked dal and mix well. Add sugar and cook till it become soft and nice aroma comes. Add khoya and mix well. Add the remaining ghee and elachi powder and mix. Once it leaves the sides of pan then switch off the flame and allow it to cool.
  5. Garnsh with dry fruits and serve.
