- 1 tbsp raisins or kishmish
- Moong dal pakora (RAM LADOO)
- 1 cup moong dal soaked
- 1/4 cup chana dal soaked
- 1 inch ginger
- 3-4 green chilli
- 1 tsp each Salt, turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Jeera powder
- 1 tbsp Chaat masala
- Pinch hing/ aestofidia
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 2 raddish with leaves
- 5 tbsp mustard oil
- green chutneys
- 1 bowl Raddish leaves
- 1/2 bowl coriander leaves
- 1 Green chilli
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 1 tsp lime juice
- to taste Salt
Instructions to make to make Gajar ka halwa and moong dal pakora (Ram ladoo)
- GAJAR kA HALWA.Add ghee in pan and heat it.now add grated carrot.cook it on low flame for 15min.add milk and cook for 15mins.add raisins.
- Keep checking whether carrot is properly cooked in milk.once it's cooked add cardamom,sugar.cook for 5mins.add kaju.cook for 2mins.garnish with crushed dry fruits and coconut.gajar ka halwa is ready.
- MOONG DAL PAKORA (RAMLADOO)grind moong dal,chana dal,ginger, green chilli to rough course.
- Add salt,haldi,jeera powder,red chilli powder and hing.mix all well.
- Heat oil in pan and fry these small portion like pakora on low flame till golden red.
- CHUTNEY-grind Raddish, coriander leaves along ginger, green chilli to fine paste.add salt and lime juice.
- Serve moong dal pakora or ramladoo with grated Raddish and Raddish leaves.sprinkle some chaat masala and green chutney.
